Oros Home Enhancements is known for our installation process:

• Certified installation
• All manufacturers warranties included
• Oros guarantees to install products to the best practices recommended by the manufacturer.
• Call or contact Oros if you are having issues with a product we installed.

Exclusions:

• In cases of natural disasters or vandalism, homeowner’s insurance should be notified to evaluate the damage. Then, Oros will write up an evaluation along with an estimate to replace your windows and doors.
  
• Unintentional or Intentional misuse and abuse of the products are not covered by the Oros Warranty Confidence Program.
