Junior Oros

President/Co-Founder

Besides being a partner in our company, Junior has been married for 24 years with three children— two daughters and one son. He also enjoys cooking and barbecuing for friends and family whenever he can. As a former coach of Little League Baseball, he enjoys giving back to the community through volunteer work and charitable donations. Junior has been in the home improvement industry for over 30 years and loves providing great products and installation to all of our customers.

Mario Oros

Vice President/Co-Founder

Mario is a partner of Oros Home Enhancements and has been in the industry for over 30 years. Mario takes extreme pride in each project and his attention to detail is unmatched. He takes the time to instill these values into his crews and accepts nothing less. Mario enjoys taking on projects that people say can't be done and puts his energy into designing and executing a plan to give our customers something to be proud of. In his free time, you can find him spending time with his wife of 20 years and two sons or lending a helping hand to his friends and family. Working on his yard, washing up his trucks and trailers, and drinking some cold ones while enjoying the views from his backyard are some of his favorite things to do.

Rich Doll

Managing Director/Partner

Rich Doll is a partner of Oros Home Enhancements, responsible for leading sales, brand management, and marketing. His career spans over 25 years as a sales professional across multiple industries. His in-depth knowledge of customers’ needs and expertise allows him to exceed customer expectations and provide excellent service. Rich has a unique, no-pressure sales philosophy that focuses on understanding what his customers want, identifying needs, and working together in a partnership with his customers that provides solutions and valued results. His easygoing style, caring approach, and customer focus have garnered him salesperson of the year six years in a row.

Rich holds a bachelor’s degree from CSU and a master’s degree from The University of Phoenix. He currently resides with his family in Aurora, CO. Outside work, Rich enjoys spending time with his three daughters, trading sports cards and comic books, attending sporting events, and traveling with his family.
